I am a freelance bioinformatician and doctorate graduate from the Alexander van Oudenaarden group, specialised in single cell (epi-)genomics and transcriptomics analysis. During my doctorate I developed the open-source python package SingleCellMultiOmics which you can freely use for single cell sequencing analysis.

I have extensive experience with bulk and single cell sequencing data, specifically:

  • copy number analysis
  • variant calling
  • lineage Inference
  • epigenetics (DNA-methylation and histone modifications)
